Billing, privacy, and plan details
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next period.
What happens if I upgrade my billing cycle?
You are charged immediately for the new plan. Your current subscription continues until its end date, then the new billing cycle begins.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Crush has no credit packs, per-message fees, or separate “ultra” mode charge. The selected billing price covers the features in the comparison table.
Is my data secure and private?
The core text and voice models stay in-house and are never sent to a third-party AI provider. Optional lookup and weather features use external providers, and generated image outputs are governed separately by the Terms. Payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors. Read Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions for the exact boundaries.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions start immediately and run through the full billing period, so Eudaio does not offer prorated refunds for time already used. If you cancel, access continues until the period ends. Contact support about a failed image generation, billing error, or duplicate charge.
What changes between Free and Crush?
Every plan includes the same companion personality and memory. Crush includes unlimited messages and image requests, voice, lookup, detailed relationship history, and the paid features listed above.
How much can I customise a Morph?
Free includes core Morph customisation: personality traits, interests, the relationship role, and the backstory. Crush includes appearance, anatomy, age, nationality, gender, pronouns, occupation, voice, first message, and a custom avatar.
Will my price change after I subscribe?
The confirmed price applies to the billing period you purchased. A future price change can apply only to a later renewal, and the new price must be shown before confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
Eudaio accepts major credit and debit cards through a PCI-compliant checkout. Raw card details are handled by the payment processor, not stored on Eudaio's servers.
