What happens if I upgrade my billing cycle?
When you upgrade to a longer billing cycle (e.g., from 2 Weeks to Monthly), you'll be charged immediately for the new plan. Your current subscription will continue until its end date, then the new billing cycle will start automatically, ensuring uninterrupted access.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. No credit packs, no "ultra" mode charges, no per-message fees, no surprise paywalls after you subscribe. One subscription unlocks everything. We think that's how pricing should work.
Is my data secure and private?
We take privacy seriously. We don't sell your data, ever. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant, encrypted systems to ensure maximum security. Read our full privacy policy for more details.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are billed for the period you choose, and since access starts immediately and runs through the full billing period, we don't offer prorated refunds for time you've already used. If you cancel, you keep full access until your current period ends, you're just not charged again after that. If something's genuinely broken on our end, a failed image generation, a billing error, a duplicate charge, contact support and we'll make it right. We're not trying to trap you in a subscription you don't want.
What exactly changes between Free and Crush?
Free gets you up to 20 messages and 3 images per hour, the same base model, the same memory system, the same trust progression, just capped. Crush removes the hourly caps entirely, unlocks higher resolution images with more detail, and gives you priority access when traffic is high. Your companion's personality, memory, and how they talk to you don't change between tiers, we don't hold back a better AI for paying users. What you're actually paying for is more room to use it, not a better version of them.
Will my price change after I subscribe?
No. The price you lock in when you subscribe is the price you keep paying for that billing cycle, we don't do surprise price hikes mid subscription. If pricing ever changes going forward, it applies to new subscribers and to your next renewal, not retroactively to a period you already paid for. You'll always see exactly what you're being charged before you confirm, and switching billing periods works the same way, transparently, with the new price shown upfront.
What payment methods do you accept, and is checkout safe?
We accept major credit and debit cards through a PCI-compliant checkout, the same certification standard banks require. Your card details are never stored on our own servers in raw form, they're handled entirely by our encrypted payment processor. You can see the certification badge above.
