系統會立即向你收取新方案的費用。目前的訂閱會持續到到期日為止，之後新的帳單週期才會開始。
有隱藏費用嗎？
不會。Crush沒有點數包、按訊息計費，或另外的「ultra」模式收費。你所選的帳單價格已涵蓋比較表中的所有功能。
我的數據安全且私密嗎？
核心文字與語音模型留在內部處理，絕不會傳送給第三方 AI 供應商。選用的查詢與天氣功能使用外部服務商，生成的圖片內容則另由服務條款規範。付款由符合 PCI 規範的處理商處理。閱讀 隱私權政策 和 條款與細則 查看確切範圍。
你們提供退款嗎？
訂閱會立即開始，並持續整個帳單週期，因此Eudaio不提供已使用時間的按比例退款。如果你取消訂閱，存取權會持續到該週期結束為止。若圖片生成失敗、帳單有誤，或發生重複扣款，請聯絡客服。

所有方案都包含完整的 Morph 外觀：外觀、身體、年齡、國籍、性別、代名詞、性格特質、興趣、關係定位、背景故事與自訂頭像。Crush 另外提供自訂職業、語音、自訂第一則訊息，以及無上限的 Morph。
訂閱後我的價格會變嗎？
已確認的價格適用於你購買的那個帳單週期。未來的價格變動只會套用在之後的續訂，且新價格必須在確認前先顯示給你看。
你們接受哪些付款方式？
Eudaio透過符合PCI規範的結帳流程，接受主要的信用卡與金融卡。原始卡片資訊由金流處理商處理，不會儲存在Eudaio的伺服器上。
